Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026. By accessing or using SupraBench you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
SupraBench (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Florian Fischer, Steig 4, 88167 Grünenbach, Germany (contact: suprabench.editor887@passmail.com). The Service is available at https://suprabench.com.
2. Nature of the Service
SupraBench is a free, non-commercial, community-driven platform that aggregates and ranks AI model performance on publicly available benchmarks. All rankings, scores, ratings and tags are generated by community users. The operator does not curate content editorially and does not guarantee the accuracy of any ranking.
3. Eligibility and account
You may browse the Service anonymously. To contribute (submit scores, rate benchmarks, vote, add tags, add models or benchmarks), you must sign in with Google and must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). By signing in you warrant that the information received from Google is accurate and that you are the rightful holder of the Google account used.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- submit false, misleading, or fabricated benchmark scores;
- submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or violates public decency;
- vote, rate or submit in a coordinated or automated manner with the intent to manipulate rankings (“vote brigading”, sockpuppet accounts, bots);
- circumvent the rate-limits (maximum 30 score submissions per user per 24h) or other technical safeguards;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its data, or other users’ accounts;
- use the Service to transmit malware, spam or any form of automated abuse;
- scrape or access the Service with automated means in a way that materially burdens our infrastructure.
5. User content and licence
You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content (benchmark entries, model entries, scores, ratings, votes, tags, source URLs) you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for technical purposes), and distribute that content as part of the Service, including through search engines and downstream community mirrors. This licence is granted to ensure that community contributions remain permanently available as part of the collective ranking — even if you later delete your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
6. Source links and third-party content
Every score submission must include a public source URL. Links to third-party pages (benchmark leaderboards, papers, repositories) are provided for informational purposes. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content.
7. Voting and community validation
Submissions are validated by community voting: a score counts toward a model’s ranking only while its upvotes exceed its downvotes. One vote per user per submission. Quality ratings of benchmarks are likewise community-aggregated. We reserve the right to remove votes, ratings or submissions that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
8. Moderation, removal, and account termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that jeopardise the integrity of the rankings. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at the email address above.
9. Intellectual property
The SupraBench name, logo, design and source code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The source code is published under the Business Source License 1.1; see the project repository for terms. Community-generated ranking data remains available under the Service as described above.
10. Availability and modifications
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees of availability, uptime, or preservation of data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
SupraBench is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, or for any decisions you make based on rankings or data shown on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Within the European Union, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. By using the Service you confirm that you have read it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law is Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Paid API service (demand-gated — not yet active)
Once activated, SupraBench will offer programmatic access to its public ranking data via a paid REST API ("API Service"). The full technical contract — endpoints, response schemas, rate limits, error codes, deprecation policy — is published at /docs/api/ and forms part of these Terms by reference. Pricing tiers and quotas are shown in your profile under "API & Billing". Billing is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe) on our behalf; you accept Stripe's terms of service when subscribing.
14.1 Subscription, billing cycle, taxes, currency
Subscriptions renew monthly on the day of initial subscription. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD); this is the contractual currency for the API service. EU VAT, where applicable, is added by Stripe at checkout on top of the listed USD price (Reverse Charge for B2B with valid VAT-ID, German VAT for German consumers, OSS for other EU consumers, no VAT for non-EU customers). Stripe converts to the customer's local card currency at the time of charge using its standard exchange rate. Invoices are issued by us and delivered via Stripe.
14.2 Right of withdrawal (consumers, § 312g BGB)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. If you start using the API (i.e. make any successful authenticated request) within those 14 days, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed within the period (§ 356 (4) BGB). For unused subscriptions, send a clear declaration of withdrawal to suprabench.editor887@passmail.com within 14 days; we will refund the full amount via Stripe within 14 days of receipt.
14.3 Cancellation and grace period
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage billing" link in your profile (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; API access remains available until that date. We do not refund partial periods outside the 14-day withdrawal right.
14.4 Quotas, rate limits, fair use
Each tier has a monthly request quota and a per-minute rate limit, as shown at the time of subscription. Exceeding the quota causes API requests to fail with HTTP 429 until the next billing period; we do not auto-charge overage. Repeated, sustained attempts to circumvent quotas may lead to suspension.
14.5 Service availability
The API Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA on Starter, Pro, or Enterprise tiers. Custom SLAs are available on Enterprise+ tier upon written agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where operationally possible. Unscheduled downtime does not give rise to refund claims beyond statutory consumer rights.
14.6 Permitted use of API data
Data returned by the API is licensed to you for use in your own applications and analyses. You may not (i) re-publish bulk data as a competing leaderboard service, (ii) re-sell raw data exports without material added value, or (iii) train AI models on bulk-exported data without prior written consent. Attribution ("Source: SupraBench") is required for public use.
14.7 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate the API Service for material breach of these Terms or for legal reasons, with pro-rated refund of unused paid time.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will announce them on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
